Elevate Uganda was started in September of 2013 by a middle school youth group from Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX.  When the pastor challenged the congregation to make a difference, we went with  our heart and chose to make a difference in Uganda, Africa.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to build schools in villages where education is needed.  We have partnered with Villages of Hope Africa, who has already done amazing things in Gulu Uganda, to help us with our project.

By 2015 we had raised enough money to build our first school so  VOHA found a village  named Olee that needed a school.  The school pictured to the left (above "Our Story" ) is the completed school.  We were blessed to be able to have a small group of 10 go to Uganda in the summer of 2015 for the ground breaking of this school.  Please help us spread the word so we can continue to make education a reality in even more villages.

our goal

From the beginning of this project, our goal has been to raise $100,000 by asking 100,000 people to donate $1 each.  Help us achieve this goal by praying for us, spreading the word, and donating to our project.
